The client is a listed company in the electronic materials industry. Vijay designed and built several fully automated production lines for new electronic materials for it, with a total capacity of 60 tons per day. The processes involved in the production line include slurry batching, mixing, sintering, crushing, conveying, storage, screening, mixing, demagnetization, packaging, etc. The fully automated design reduces the number of operators on the original production line from 25 to 3, but the output increases from 300 kg per hour to 900 kg per hour. The newly put into use production line comprehensively improves the stability of the product, making the technology of each batch of products completely consistent.
The project uses Vijay's patented pneumatic mixer and a fully designed anti-metal foreign body solution to greatly improve the performance of its product materials, further consolidate the industry leadership for customers, and significantly reduce production costs. In the project, Vijay's innovative design of the bag making and packaging machine has a packaging accuracy of better than one thousandth under high-speed operation, setting a new technical benchmark for the industry.
